Team Leader

Your responsibilities include managing daily shift operations, supervising staff, attending meetings, collaborating with other professionals, and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and thoroughly. You will champion safeguarding practices while leading your team to achieve meaningful and positive outcomes for the young people in your care.

Night Support Worker

As a Waking Night Support Worker, you play a vital role in providing care and support to young people throughout the night. You assist them with settling into bed and addressing any nighttime needs they may have, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing. In addition to offering emotional and practical support, you contribute to maintaining a safe and calm environment. The role also involves completing essential housekeeping tasks and accurate documentation to ensure continuity of care. Your dedication helps create a nurturing space where young people feel safe, supported, and valued during the night.
